"Wish I’d bought them sooner"
I ordered a pair from tods.com i kind of regret waiting so long to get them. They were comfortable right out of the box, which almost never happens for me with new shoes. I wore them for a full day of walking around and my feet still felt totally fine by the end. The leather is really soft and they barely needed any breaking in. Delivery was smooth too. Really happy with them.

"Pleasantly surprised by the fit"
I ordered a pair of loafers from Tod's and wasn’t totally sure the sizing would work out, but I was pleasantly surprised. I went with my usual size and they fit really well right out of the box. They were just a little snug at first, but after wearing them once they felt much better. The width is nice too, not too narrow like I’ve had with some other brands. Overall, really happy I didn’t have to deal with an exchange.

"I ordered a pair of shoes from..."
I ordered a pair of shoes from tods.com, and the shipping was actually quick. I got email updates along the way, too, which was nice. I ended up needing to return them for a different size, it wasn’t difficult, it just took a few days for the refund to come through. Overall, it was a good experience, I just wish the return process had been a little faster.

"Good leather, but a small stitching issue"
The leather feels really nice and seems like good quality overall. To be fair, it looks solid and I’m happy with most of it, but the stitching is a bit uneven in a few spots. Not a dealbreaker for me, just something I noticed.

I had a small issue and reached out to customer service, and they were really helpful. It took a tiny bit of back and forth, but they sorted things out quickly and were easy to deal with
